Delivery Times We ship worldwide. Free shipping within Spain and Equatorial Guinea may take between 1 and 5 business days.

Tracking: We'll send you email updates once your order has been dispatched. You can also track it through the shipping carrier's website.

Delays: We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. If you're making an international purchase, please don't worry if your order takes a little longer to ship. Please note that delivery times are calculated in business days unless otherwise specified. Remember that you can check the estimated delivery date (ETA) at checkout. If you're purchasing from abroad, your delivery may be subject to customs fees; please check if they've tried to contact you, as your package could be delayed if there's an outstanding payment.

Not going to be home? Many of the carriers we use offer delivery options such as leaving it in a safe place, with a neighbor, or rescheduling for another date or a pickup point (parcel shop). If this option is available for your shipment, you can find it on the carrier's website or app.

Can't find your package? If your package status shows as "delivered" but you can't find it, first check if a photo, signature, location, or note was left. Ask nearby neighbors and check the specified safe places.

We do not accept returns due to a change of mind or because the items are unwanted.

Each piece is carefully prepared following specific specifications, so we cannot accept returns that are not related to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

The maximum period for requesting a return will be 30 calendar days from receipt of the order , and it will only be accepted if we have made a mistake in the shipment or if the wig has any damage or manufacturing defect.
