Refund policy

The maximum period to request a return is 30 calendar days from the receipt of the order. Returns will only be accepted if we have made a shipping error or if the wig has a damage or manufacturing defect.

We do not accept returns due to a change of mind or for unwanted items.

Each piece is carefully prepared following specific specifications; therefore, we cannot accept returns that are not related to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
