1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms Welcome to Sisema Hair (sisemahair.com). By accessing and using our website, as well as making a purchase, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Products and Information Accuracy At Sisema Hair, we strive to display the colors and textures of our natural hair wigs as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s monitor display will be completely accurate. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product and to discontinue items at any time.
3. Return and Refund Policy (Strict) Due to the nature of our products (hygiene and personal use items), our return policy is strict to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.

Maximum Timeframe: The maximum period to request a return is 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

Exclusive Return Conditions: Returns will only be accepted in the following two exceptional cases:

We have made a shipping error (the product received does not match the product purchased).

The wig shows evident damage or a manufacturing defect prior to use.

Process: To initiate a claim, the customer must contact info@sisemahair.com, attaching clear photographic evidence of the defect or error. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, unaltered (without cutting the lace, without washing, without styling), and in its original packaging. Returns will not be accepted for changes of mind or errors in product selection by the customer.
4. Modifications to Prices and Services Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of the content) at any time without prior notice.
5. Governing Law These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.
